Bill Kelly
Director/Instructor
Bill has 31 years of experience, and received his technical training from Lincoln Technical School in Indianapolis, IN in 1987. He received a AA degree in Business Management. He was hired right after graduation by Tune-Up Masters. He moved to California and worked as a technician and later as a shop manager. Bill started teaching automotive technology to adults part-time in 1991 with Allen Testproducts. In 1994 Bill received his California State Designated Subjects Teaching Credential and started teaching full-time. He is an BAR Certified Advanced Emissions instructor and is an ASE Master Automotive technician holding additional ASE Certifications in L1, Diesel, Automotive Machinist, Exhaust Systems and Alternative Fuels.

Ray has over 40 years experience, Ray has worked as a technician for independent shops, a mass merchandiser and Standard Stations Inc. While owning his own shop during the ‘60’s and ‘70’s, Ray began teaching automotive technology to adults at a public institution and holds a Lifetime California Designated Subjects Teaching Supervision of Automotive Technology programs. During the ‘80’s and ‘90’s he was training manager for Allen Testproducts and SPX Corporation. First Certified by the California Highway Patrol as a Smog Technician in 1964, Ray is a currently Certified ASE Master Technician and is a BAR Certified Master Instructor. With 30 years of teaching experience Ray brings both theoretical and hands-on knowledge to the classroom.
